The polls closed at 7pm for the first election of the Region of Windsor and West Hants Municipality with the following results:

District 3 (Newport – Sweets Corner) - Mark McLean
District 4 (St. Croix – Ellershouse) - Jeff Hartt
District 5 (Wentworth Creek – Three Mile Plains) - Debbie Francis
District 6 (Panuke Lake – Garlands Crossing) - Bob Morton
District 7 (Vaughan – Upper Falmouth) - Ed Sherman
District 8 (Hantsport – Mount Denson) - Paul Morton
District 9 (Falmouth) - Richard Murphy
District 10 (North Windsor) - Laurie Murley
District 11 (South Windsor) - Jim Ivey

The Co-ordinating Committee will meet at 6:00 p.m. twice a month on the first and third Monday alternating locations between Sanford Chambers (76 Morison Drive) and Town Council Chambers (100 King Street). The Committee’s December meeting will be held at the Brooklyn Firehall on December 2nd, starting at 6 pm. Co-ordinating Committee meetings are open to the public and can be viewed Facebook Live on either the Municipality’s or the Town’s Facebook pages.
